These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rune, a service operated by Loman Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Rune provides a hosted database platform accessible via a web interface and the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You can create organizations, workspaces, and tables to store and manage structured data. AI agents can connect to your workspaces via OAuth-authenticated MCP endpoints.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of all data you create in Rune. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We will not access your workspace data except as necessary to provide the service, respond to support requests, or comply with legal obligations.
You agree not to:
Access to Rune via the MCP protocol is subject to these Terms. You are responsible for the actions of any AI agents or automated systems you connect to your workspaces. OAuth tokens should be treated as sensitive credentials.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
Rune offers free and paid plans. Pricing is published on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Paid plans are billed monthly. If payment fails, we will notify you before restricting access.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loman Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
